
Continuing Education Credits
This event qualifies for up to 12.0 educational credits for either CPE, SHRM PDC, depending upon your participation of a minimum of 50 minutes in each session, the completion of the session evaluation for each session attended, and participation in polling questions for each session.
Attendees must do the following in order to earn credits for the sessions in which they have attended:
- Scan their name badge upon entering the session room
- Complete the individual session evaluations
- Participate in polling questions
The ESOP Association (TEA) is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
The ESOP Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org
Cancellation Policy
Conference attendance benefits begin 30-days in advance of the event via access to the conference collaboration network on The ESOP Association HUB and through other communications and materials and will continue 30-days after the event with access to session materials. Nevertheless, a cancellation request sent by Friday, October 3, 2025 will be honored, subject to a $250.00 administrative and transaction fee. No cancellations will be accepted after October 3rd. Requests for refunds on cancellations prior to October 3rd must be submitted in writing to meetings@esopassociation.org. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued 30 days after the close of the event.
Health & Wellness
The ESOP Association will abide by all state, local and county requirements in place at the location of any ESOP Association event at the time of that event. Because these state, local and county requirements often change rapidly, please be sure to check immediately before the event, as the requirements may have changed from the time of your registration. TEA will update attendees on the state and local requirements closer to any particular event. By registering for any TEA event, you agree to abide by these rules. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with this policy.
Audio, Video, and Photographic Equipment
The use of audio, video and other photographic recording equipment by attendees is prohibited inside TEA meeting rooms without express permission of TEA in advance. The taking of still photos for personal use using an iPhone, Android or other similar device is permitted without prior approval.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Attendance at or participation in TEA events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TEA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings, etc. of such events and activities.
Reproduction Permission
Reproduction of electronic or written materials developed for TEA is prohibited without the written permission from individual authors and The ESOP Association. Materials received during TEA conferences and events are for use by the attendee and are not to be posted, published or otherwise distributed or shared externally.
TEA Media Guidelines and Policy
Complimentary press credentials are issued only to qualified journalists (reporters, editors, freelance writers, bloggers and news photographers, producers, etc.) working for media outlets relevant to ESOPs. TEA reserves the right to deny requests for media attendance at any TEA event. All press must be registered for the TEA National Conference and must comply with any ground rules set by TEA. Personal actions supporting the collective wellbeing
The TEA Conferences are designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity, and community, in a fun and safe learning environment. We value the participation of each member of the community and endeavor to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Conference participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all conference programs and events, whether officially sponsored by TEA or not.
All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors and staff at any TEA event are required to observe the following Code of Conduct.
Before Leaving Home
- Stay home if you feel sick.
- Adhere to government issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you will be traveling to and the region you are traveling from.
- Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with; contact the meeting/event organizers if you have concerns.
GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT
TEA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, national origin, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, TEA retains the right to take any actions to ensure the event is a welcoming environment for all. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
Reporting
If anyone makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome or if you observe someone else experiencing situational discomfort, please report it as soon as possible to one of TEA’s Team members. If you cannot locate a Team member, please contact Kristie Mark, COO at KMark@esopassociation.org.
